1 Definitions & Introduction

In these Terms, "9bat", "we", and "our" refer to the 9bat online casino and betting platform, operated for users in Bangladesh. "User" and "you" refer to any person who has created an account on the 9bat platform or is using the Platform.

"Services" refers to all online gaming, betting, live casino, slots, and other entertainment activities provided through 9bat. "Account" refers to each individual personal user account registered on the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met in order to use the 9bat platform:

9bat may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. If verification fails, 9bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

When opening an account at 9bat, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information may result in the account being cancelled and any deposited funds being forfeited.

3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You should not share your password with anyone else. In the event of unauthorised access, notify the 9bat support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. 9bat also reserves the right to close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds on the 9bat platform, you may use bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

• For deposits, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.
• 9bat may temporarily place deposits on hold for review of suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met.
• Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.
• 9bat reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in the event of unusual or suspicious activity.

4.3 Supported Payment Methods

9bat processes transactions exclusively through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at 9bat are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus only, not on the principal deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• Bonuses are for use within the 9bat platform only and are not directly transferable.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus of the same type cannot be claimed.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 9bat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• 9bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6 VIP Program

9bat's VIP program has five tiers. The maximum weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%.
• Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%.
• Platinum: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
• Diamond: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.0%.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your activity on the Platform. Cashback is added to the bonus account on a regular weekly basis and the applicable wagering requirement remains in effect. 9bat reserves the right to modify the details of VIP benefits.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

9bat is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The platform uses SSL encryption and all game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bat platform:

• Operating games using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Running multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Colluding with other users to defraud the platform.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unfair profit by exploiting technical errors.

7.3 Right to Void Bets

In the event of a technical error, display error, or any other unusual circumstance, 9bat reserves the right to void any bet or prize. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account.

8 Responsible Gaming

• You should not keep playing continuously in an attempt to recover lost money.
• Set a daily, weekly, or monthly budget for gaming.

9 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the 9bat platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is protected by the intellectual property rights of 9bat or its licensed suppliers. No user may republish, sell, distribute, or otherwise use this content for commercial purposes without prior permission from 9bat.

The intellectual property of content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft remains with the respective companies.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

14 Platform Suspension or Modification

9bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Platform or any service for any reason. In the event of a temporary suspension, funds in users' accounts will remain safe and will be accessible once the Platform is back online.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades. In such cases, 9bat will endeavour to give advance notice.
